Volunteering will include filling out a questionnaire of approximately 150 questions. It also requires taking a photo [or having someone take a photo] of your Cock however you want to present It. NO FACES PLEASE. The questionnaire you can fill out and attach as a file as well as the photo. This is not a porn call, nor is it for my personal collection. Both will be used for the sole purpose of creating this book.
